Delegate Dean moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 4, line 5, immediately following the word “necessary” by inserting the following:

“: Provided, That no levy passed pursuant to the provisions of this article shall apply to any manufactured home sale as defined in §11-15-3(f) of this Code”
